Health Compliance
Karren Jackson, R.N., provides health compliance services to PUC Schools and PUC National. Karren is a registered nurse and a public health nurse who holds a Baccalaureate of Science in Nursing from Mount Saint Mary’s University. She worked at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles for 15 years as a pediatric nurse prior to working at PUC.
Karren Jackson facilitates CPR and first aid training to school staff throughout the entire PUC network. She also coordinates health screenings for students and epi-pen trainings for school staff. Karren provides guidelines for first-aid care such as seizures and anaphylactic reactions, and she reviews medications and immunization forms to ensure schools are in compliance. Additionally, Karren helps organize and facilitate PUC Health Fairs.
